30‑Day Return Window
30-Day Return Policy
You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition
• Packaging, tags, and accessories must be intact
• Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
• Opened pet treats or consumables
• Personal care items (balms, lotions, bath products) that have been opened
• Custom or personalized items
• Clearance or final-sale items
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Return Method
Returns must be sent by mail. Instructions for returning your item will be provided once your return request is approved.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 10 business days to your original payment method.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges for eligible items within the 30-day return window.
